- Business address, industry type, and registration details you provide
- Login credentials (passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text)

- Product catalogue, pricing, and inventory data you enter into the system
- Sales transactions, receipts, and purchase records
- Customer names and contact details you record in the system
- Staff accounts and roles you create
- Financial reports, expenses, and profit/loss data

- Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform

- Provide and operate the AvelPOS software service

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a 90-day grace period after account closure. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.
